Rainbow Jersey Bicycles and Park Tool Company have teamed up to present the Park Tool School. During this 2-day course the home mechanic will learn to service all the major systems on his/her bicycle. Our instructor is Andy Paradowski.
During the course the student will perform the following under instructor supervision:
• Overhauling hubs
• Overhaul/replace bottom bracket
• Overhaul headset
• True wheels
• Clean and service drive train
• Adjust derailleurs
• Clean, service and adjust brake systems
Course fee is $150.00 plus sales taxes. A
$75.00 deposit is required to reserve a space in
the class. Deposit is refundable up to 10 days
prior to your first class. Balance is due at the
first class. Class size is limited to 4. A minimum
enrollment of 3 students is required to hold the
class. If the minimum enrollment is not met 7
days prior to the first class, the class will be
cancelled and any deposits refunded in full.
The course fee includes use of shop tools and
supplies as well as the Park Tool Big Blue Book
of Bicycle Repair. Students must bring a bike
to work on and wear suitable work clothes.
